Commitment from the highest governing body: The Group's Board of Directors maintains an attendance rate above 97%, ensuring rigor, discipline and control in its oversight and governance functions.

Regulatory update: Ongoing structuring, review and updating of internal regulatory frameworks, including the Sustainability and Human Rights policies, the Board of Directors' Bylaws and the Code of Good Corporate Governance.

International recognition: A 20-point increase was recorded in the Economic and Governance dimension of the Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA) by S&P Global, validating the Group's performance in corporate sustainability.

Diverse leadership: Female representation reaches 31.9% at executive levels and 50% in middle management positions, strengthening gender equity in the Group's career development plans.
