MAIN ADVANCES
Our Board of Directors maintains an attendance rate of more than 95%, reflecting discipline, commitment and rigorous monitoring in its supervisory work.
We create, update and review key policies such as the Human Rights Sustainability Policy, the Board of Directors Regulations and the Code of Good Governance.
We achieved an improvement of 22 points in the Government and Economic dimension of the Corporate Sustainability Assessment, consolidating our performance in corporate sustainability.
We achieved 31.9% female participation at executive levels and 50% in middle and junior management positions, strengthening diverse leadership and equity.
UNION ADHESIONS AND PARTICIPATION
We participate in associations and guilds that promote capacity building, knowledge exchange, networking and public policy discussion, always from a neutral political position, in coherence with our corporate values and with the commitment to promote climate action and sustainability through dialogue and collective construction.
